I. Basic Position Information

Job Title: Production Operator

Department: Manufacturing Department

Work Location: Jiangyin, Wuxi

Reporting to: Manufacturing Team Leader

II. Core Objectives of the Position

Strictly adhere to safety regulations and operational standards, responsible for equipment operation, routine inspections, basic maintenance, and product loading/unloading at designated stations on the MLCC production line, ensuring that individual output meets quality, efficiency, and 6S requirements.

III. Main Responsibilities

1. Standardized Operations Execution

1) Operate designated production equipment (such as cast‑film machines, printing presses, laminators, sintering furnaces, termination machines, and test‑and‑sort machines) strictly in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Equipment Operating Instructions.

2) Record production data as required (e.g., output, machine parameters, shift handover logs), ensuring that the data is truthful, accurate, and timely.

2. Process Quality Control

1) Conduct self-inspections, perform first-piece inspections and scheduled in-process inspections on manufactured products, and identify obvious defects such as appearance and dimensions.

2) Quickly identify production abnormalities (such as equipment alarms, material issues, or fluctuations in product quality) and promptly report them to the team leader or technician.

3) Assist with basic quality segregation and traceability tasks.

3. Equipment and Production Maintenance

1) Responsible for the daily inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment under your operation (basic TPM activities), as well as 6S management of the work area.

2) Assist technicians or engineers in performing simple equipment commissioning and preparing for changeovers (changing specifications).

3) Responsible for material verification, collection, and feeding, as well as finished-product removal, labeling, and handling.

4. Safety and Environmental Compliance

1) Strictly comply with all company EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations and properly wear personal protective equipment.

2) Participate in safety training and emergency response drills, and possess basic capabilities in identifying safety risks.

5. Team Collaboration and Improvement

1) Actively participate in the team’s morning meeting and complete all production tasks assigned by the team leader.

2) Participate in on-site improvement activities and propose rationalization suggestions.

IV. Job Requirements

Educational Background: Secondary vocational school, technical high school, or high school diploma or above; candidates with a background in mechanical engineering, CNC machining, electronics, materials science, or related engineering disciplines are preferred.

Work Experience: Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply; the company will provide comprehensive training. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in electronic components, semiconductors, precision instruments, SMT, or assembly-line manufacturing.

Professional Knowledge and Skills:

1. Possesses basic learning and hands-on skills, and can understand simple work instructions and diagrams.

2. Understand basic quality awareness (such as self-inspection and segregation of nonconforming products) and safety awareness.

3. Able to work shifts (if required) and perform standing tasks.

4. Possesses a basic sense of responsibility and discipline, and approaches work with diligence and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation package includes base salary, performance-based bonuses, and annual salary adjustments, with a total monthly salary ranging from RMB 5,500 to RMB 7,000.
